"We visit NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible in our week. This hotel was is right in the middle of the theater district so it was perfect. Our only real complaint tlwas that the curtains in the room were very difficult (took 20 minutes to finagle them open) to open and close so we left the curtains closed the whole time. "

"We really enjoyed the Sheraton and cannot wait until after their renovation to try staying again! We did have some issues within our room that were due to age but overall it was a good visit. It was super convenient to all the places we wanted to go and was perfect for our needs during this visit. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean! I would recommend this place for anyone who visits!! "

"Second stay at this property. Staff was excellent and helpful. The location is close to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and that makes transportation very easy by either bus or subway. Will definitely stay again. "

"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. I understand the hotel is old but the paint was chipped off. The shower head only shot out hard. The fine print said they charged for you to use the refrigerator but...

"We had a great stay at Westgate. We appreciated the great service provided by the front desk and bartending staff. Room was clean. Building felt safe. Perfect walking distance to Grand Central or anywhere in Midtown. If there was only one thing I would point out is that the frosted window in the bathroom was allowing outside air to come in which made the bathroom very cold each morning. "Our stay at this property was perfect for a four day visit to NYC. The financial district was an excellent location, we had the subway and water ferry accessible (walkable and safe distance). But most importantly the staff was incredibly welcoming and beyond helpful (made us feel at home). Martin and Jennifer at reception were incredible too. In-property storage of luggage was definitely a highlight, this helps when flying in before check-in and giving us the opportunity to start explore etc....

"Nice stay cosy place. be careful of the Deposit policy, returned the money with some deduction due to missing glass in the bathroom, which is completely stupid, I felt offended. after discussion with the reception they said its ok. TAKE SHORT VEDIO during the check in."
