"The hotel staff were friendly and kind and very patient. I got the room to keep track of my son and his gf for a few days so I would know where to find them to get them to court. They (son and gf) are, I hate to say it, the worst people on the planet, (I've learned this while babysitting them this past month)!! Great location and amenities for family vacation

"It has become our tradition to stay at this hotel right after Christmas until New Year’s Eve. We love that it has home feel, it has pool, hot tub, sauna, games such as pool table, ping pong table, air hockey. We enjoy the option of breakfast included with stay. There is a ski and see rental that offers discount on rentals of ski and snowboards to people staying in the hotel. The main desk staff is always so nice and helpful. There is a gym as well as coffee/hot coco machine available 24/7 as well as water fountain. Shoppes are walking distance. Many ski areas to choose from as well as other winter activities. I would like to see new pillows though, my neck was hurting pretty bad every morning. Beds could also use updating. We love staying here with our kids."
