「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「It was a nice place and clean as well. But the water pressure was low and the room we were in needed more TLC. Meaning that the shower head needed to be serviced because some of the sprinklers holes were clogged. And the dresser drawers were hard to open and closed. Other than that every thing is good.Oh and the Resturant Evelyn needs to train their servers to learn what’s on their menu instead of going back and forth to answer simple questions like for example. 「The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside.
