「Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.」

「A new property so it is in good condition and was very comfortable. The property does lie on a busy corner so our room was a bit noisy outside. It was not until we were leaving however that we noticed a NOISE CANCELLING device by the bed. 」

「I had a one night stay. Room was clean. Water pressure excellent. HVAC is a bit noisy, but I sleep with ear plugs. Breakfast is what you usually get. Gets the job done. Two minor complaints: 1. The hot tub clearly was under repair. Looks like they had a water leak above it. 2. The HVAC in the pool area is VERY LOUD. I even looked to see if I could turn it off. (I was in the pool alone)」
