「Booked online and ran into problems with that. But the staff was more than patience and worked to figure out the issue. The hotel is being remodeled, so it still had work to be done but the completed part of the hotel we're very nice. There is no smoking and a fine will be applied. But pets are welcomed. There is a security fee that I didn't know about. But the staff lowered it security fee to accommodate us. The staff is really what made the stay nice they had so many problems but they...
