「No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.」

「We stayed for 2 nights and in 2 rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff accommodated our luggage immediately upon arrival. Very clean rooms with all kitchen stuff needed. All dishes and cutlery like new. We were very impressed with our stay and the services provided. Thank you Quintessence Hotel, for making our stay in LA so enjoyable!!!
