"Nice hotel with hot breakfast. There are updates and renovations being done to parts of the common areas, but it didnt impact us at all. The 2 elevators that we tried were broken, but there was 1 other that may have been working. "This motel is literally hidden in a business and gated community area, which is actually a nice feature. Had the BEST pull out sofa ever at any hotel we have stayed at, it was actually a sofa with a separate pullout trundle bed. Mattress and pillows were really soft, but okay. The downside of this location is that there was only one elevator working our entire stay. "Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I liked they had free parking. Very clean. What I didnt like was we were told they only provided transportation Thursday to Sunday. We were there on Monday, the day before New Years Eve. Very dissapointing we were not told this ahead of time and ended up walking to Bush Gardens. Several people I heard talking about it and were upset about it also. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel."
