"The photos advertise balconies in the rooms, which is a main reason we booked at this hotel, only to arrive to find out that they have removed the balconies from this hotel, locked up the windows and you aren’t even able to open a window for your room. Disappointed that the listed website photos aren’t updated. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known this. "

"This property has a nice vibe, the bar on the first floor makes the whole "speakeasy" feel that much stronger. Some of the features are dated (A physical key? Who does that?), but it's a comfy hotel close to Yokohama Station. Lots of food and shopping options nearby and kind helpful staff."
