「We had a great stay at the Coho Inn! The bed was really comfortable with bright white linen. It was a very cold weather the room was nice and warm. One of the owners even went out of her way to give me a ride to Magic Mountain. I highly recommend this family run Inn! The breakfasts (included) was delicious.」

「Quand je suis arrivé à la réception il n’y avait personnes, seulement un numéro de téléphone pour assistance, j’appel et il me dise que l’hôtel est fermer depuis six mois alors que j’avais fais ma réservation deux mois au paravant avec Hotel.com. Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience.」

「I called the hotel 2 weeks before to confirm my reservation to which I was told it's fine. Saturday evening before I left New York I called to remind them I'd be there late and to have the heat on in the room and I was told no problem. Later I received an voicemail stating that they had no room for me. The annoyance is that hotels.com has my confirmation for my reservation, So the communication is almost non-existent.」
