"Great hotel, great location, close to many things and walkable. Concierge was excellent K.- highly recommend her! Bathroom was a little dated, needs better lighting. Bar not open as late. Overall, would stay there again!"

"Front desk was very slow and felt understaffed. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to finish a phone conversation before I was called to the desk so that I could retrieve my luggage from the storage room. There was a line of people behind me also waiting. More staff should have been available to avoid this since it was prime check in/out time."

"The staff at this property far exceeded our expectations. The two girls who initially greeted us at the front desk were very friendly. We absolutely adored Darlene at the bar. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and worked so incredibly hard bartending alone for a large number of patrons. I have to give MAJOR kudos to Grace B for going way above and beyond for accommodating us and allowing us a late check out. It helped tremendously and we appreciated her wonderful service so...
