"All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. We were on the 19th floor and the main elevators only went to 18 and we had to ge tour and take another elevator to the 19th floor. Also for security you must use your key to go up or down at any time in the elevator. I appreciate the security and it is unfortunate we have to do this. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day unless requested and that is fine but we were only left clean towels and soaps and I asked for garbage to be emptied. "

"Beautiful hotel, major complaint was that it was VERY cold in all areas of the hotel. Had to call desk 2X to get our AC turned down in our room. Lobby was so cold we sat with all sweaters and blankets on. "

"Was a really good location to walk around. Away from the noise but yet close to the action. Nice that’s it’s attached to the Ritz Carlton and we could pay a fee to use the spa there which was wonderful. "

"From the moment I checked in, the lady at the front desk was nice, polite and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and had a quiet restful night. The breakfast was outstanding! I see why so many people raved about the breakfast in their reviews. The morning shift at the front desk was just as kind as check-in. Our daughter just moved to the area and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Online check in and check out was easy and the stay was terrific. The pillows were soft, but that's the only downfall, other then that, it was bigger than we thought. Great hotel."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the option for early check in. I first was told to call the morning of and I did but was told something different. I went around 1:30 to see if I could possibly get a early check in but desk clerk immediately told me check in was 4 and not very friendly at all."
