"We don’t live far from San Francisco but decided to do a short weekend trip anyway. This hotel was great! It was the perfect location for us with lots of things to do in walking distance from the hotel. Their courtyard area is fun for kids and adults. Our dog had a great stay too! We’d certainly stay there again if we go to SF. "

"We stayed 5 nights and it was very comfortable and convenient for all of our activities that we had planned. We could walk right to the wharf and piers to catch our ferry transportation for tours . There were many restaurants and shopping all within walking distance . Staff were courteous and helpful . Room was nice and beds were comfortable. It was very quiet at night . Being able to text anything for hotel services was easy and helpful . I would recommend staying at this hotel . "

"Will be good when the construction finishes. I would have appreciated an overview of where the hotel bars and restaurants are during this phase. I assumed the Clock Bar was closed but saw later it wasn’t but had made other plans. Also was never sure if there was any other spots at the hotel other than the lobby and lounge. Love the hotel though. "

"The hotel is in a Great location! Easy access to transit- very clean with many little extras, like fresh cookies at the reception desk, free daily coffee, a pillow menu in each room, nice linens and great service from all the staff in the hotel. "
