"Front staffs and cleaning crew were very kind and helpful at all times. Booked it with Expedia. Room with 2 queen size bed, a tv, microwave, shower/tub and bathroom, a little fridge, lamps, pillows (needs replacement), ground level sturdy floor for kiddos, parking is free (lots of space), Pool and hot tub is in another hotel, building next door. There was maybe a gathering in a group or party going on in there, so it was pretty much attended, most evenings. I guess it was ok to dive, jump, eat and drink in there at your own risk. Walking distance to fast foods around here and a Church right next door, huge lot. Towards the weekend, music was heard from a party in one of the rooms above. Breakfast is served here but kiddos were not happy because there was not much choices to choose from. Dennys next door saved the day. Stars are for staffs and cleaners ONLY!!"

"I have stayed here numerous times and the resort never disappoints me. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. The valet service is very convenient for traveling out of the Spokane airport, my only regret is the shuttle service begins at 5 am and shuts down at 11pm.....most of our flights have required a 4 am car service and some arrive after 11. Perhaps a 24 hour shuttle may be warranted, as Spokane is not a hub and most flights require a stop in a major airport."
