Best Western Niles hotels

"My room was super cozy and perfect for me! There was a lot more room than I thought for it being an old hotel. I got upgraded to a king bed which was way bigger than I needed but the bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. I have a bad back and I woke up rested and not sore at all! I had a nice view of the Sears tower and the room was very clean. Yes the room is looking a little tired but everything was spotless and in working order! The cleaning staff was very nice when I asked where the ice machine was she asked me if I had enough towels. Only minor thing was the tv was really far away and kind of small but that was only a tiny thing that didnt bother me much. Check in and check out went smoothly and there is a 24 Subway and Dunkin just around the corner so even though I'm a night owl there was food. The lobby is also just as beautiful as I remember and all the chairs around the whole first floor are very comfortable. Also the bus stop is right in front of the Hotel! I actually stood out front late at night for a while since it was such a nice night and watched them set up the bleachers for the NASCAR race. Overall great location and price! If I wasn't from the area I would stay here more frequently than just for a quick staycation :)"

"We only had 2 issues. I requested a fan for 2 days. Finally got one on the 3rd. 2 of the elevators did not work for a day and with 11 floors, that is inconvenient to wait for an elevator for 20+ minutes. Other than that, the staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. If you need guest services, you will need to go to the lobby since the phones do not work in the rooms. "
