But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but...

Pampering Extraordinaire

"WoW. We are local and have always wanted to stay here. We went for an overnight staycation for my husband's birthday. The Negresco upgraded our room to a view room which was a lovely Bday surprise! Although the Negresco is under construction, they did much to minimize its effects by limiting the noisy time and placing us as far from the noise as possible. The staff were all amazing and kind. The Spa is incredible. Had some of the best massages of our life there and enjoyed the pampering and ambiance. Highly recommend."
