"When I booked this property it had good reviews about the area and cleanliness. I didn’t realize it was more of a drive up motel. We were on the first floor (which I didn’t love because anyone could just walk up and try the door handle) but we were also tucked into a corner. It was a pretty good area with walking distance to the wharf, Chinatown, and Lombard street. The room smelled clean, had clean sheets, a large tv, a large shower, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Sink outside the bathroom....

"This place is really nice. Really honest and reasonable rates. I left my charger in the room and I called them and asked them if they could look. They called me back within a few hours and told me that they found the charger which I found to be very considerate of them. Some places wouldn't do that but this place didn't. I would say they're amazing. Thank you for a wonderful night and true honesty in San Francisco"
