"Fabulous room and view! Only feedback is that the walk to the room was a little awkward with heels and carrying our bags . They said the valet could drive us over but the valet was really busy and they said it would be a long wait. "

"We stayed two nights and the hotel was amazing! We had a slightly confusing reservation but they had it all figured out before we even got there. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. It is so conveniently located we just left our car and used public transit to get everywhere. I want to commend them for not using little plastic bottles for shampoo and such as well. That drives me nuts! I could not have asked for a better or nicer...

"While the property is under renovations, it is dated, but clean and safe and a perfect location for a family to stay in SF Fishermans Wharf area. Gated secure parking and close proximity to Starbucks or IHOP for early morning starts was great. Staff was responded to politely and quickly to requests. Great value."

"The property is not what we had expected the rooms are facing out, has a motel feel to it. The room was somewhat clean, and the rooms where not consistent through out some of the rooms where smaller and bigger."

"I was really impressed by my stay there. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean and comfy. You never know what you are getting when booking on line, but this place was great. I would stay there again. Fridge and Microwave in room. Big comfy bed and big screen TV."
