We left a clean and tidy house, and nothing was damaged during our stay. Emails are not answered by Smart Stays. I wish I had believed the reviews before renting through them, but I thought it was through hotel.com and I would be safe this way... Avoid if you don't wish to fight to get your deposit back.」
