"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. "The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton.
