"The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!"

"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had partial views of the falls. We did the dining at the restaurants and they were good. The buffet could’ve been a little more hot. We did the rooftop firework experience with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie board. Overall it was a beautiful experience. Everything is close by. "

"Room thermostat would not work, maintenance came in and turned heat on but there was no way to turn it down or off. Hotel was sold out so the would not move me. Second day the gave me a high floor room with a great view. Location of the hotel is great. Parking at $40 a night is not helpful to the total price of the trip. Staff was very professional, room cleaners were great"
