"I loved the front desk staff politeness and patience. The one compliant I have is whoever was in the unit above the unit my wife and I was in, we could hear stomping/ hard walking most of the time when we were trying to sleep. My wife even called the front desk and told the person on duty about the disturbance, yeah who walks that hard in a hotel?"

"The staff at La Quinta is excellent! Every single person who works there is friendly, helpful, and professional. I realize that you’re still working on the improvements but the actual accommodations are average. The big problem that I have is the floor in my room is still filthy. I spent most of the time that I was in town with my family. The only time that I was actually in the room was in the morning getting ready for my day and in the evenings after 7 or 8 PM.
