"My husband and I stayed here for the weekend, we had been here before a few years ago and remembered the cleanliness of this hotel. The beds are clean and comfortable, although I would recommend bringing your own pillows because theirs are strangely small. The room was clean, well stocked with necessities. It’s a cool April weekend, so when we got there the heat was off but it did not take long for the room to warm up. Good choices for TV channels. Location is great, close enough to Newport but...

"We have stayed at this property in the past this time we stayed in a different room, which was a little smaller than we had been used to .. but Everything was clean and neat. We did like the patio outdoors off our room. The bathroom had a shower stall, no tub which was fine with us. It’s a lovely rustic period house. Loved that a private parking lot was provided as parking is very limited. Breakfast was good and the couple who run this B&B r very nice & knowledgeable about the area activities....

"Great location. Beds were very comfortable but they need to give you 4 pillows not 2. We had the townhouse which isn’t really a townhouse more of a lofted apartment. Needs some updating for sure. The doors didn’t close good they dragged on the floor. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors but don’t bug us too much. "

"Quiet location. Had some maintenance needs in the room that should be addressed. Limited housekeeping. "
