「I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe. 」

「This place was not kid friendly at all. They had balloons and dirty decor from the previous nights booking where little toddlers are able to pick things up and put it in there mouth. There was hair on the “freshly cleaned” towels. There was pink frosting on a blanket in room 5. There was a tremendous amount of snow and there was no salt spreaded by the owners. 「This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience. 「No one showed up to let us in. No one sent us a code for the door. No one warned us we were going to be ghosted, and I even contact Expedia twice about this before we left, no one got back to me. I see this listing is still on, but "sold out". It should be removed.」

「The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton. Locks on the exterior door to the house, as well as to the main entrance doors to the two apartments were missing strike place, which means that the deadbolt goes into the wooden door frame, which provides no security against a kick to the door.
