"The property is conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. But I book a room to get sleep and that’s impossible if it’s not dark. The window shade was flimsy at best and the light from the parking lot streamed in. There clearly used to be a second shade—there was a chain for it. But it was gone. This was very disappointing as we’d driven 6 hours and were quite tired. Then in the am we go to shower and there was basically no water pressure. Don’t know if we got a bum room or...

"The hotel was good. It was in a nice area close to some shopping not far from the mall. The rooms were clean. The people that stay in the hotel could be a little sketchy, but overall was a good stay. The staff are really standoffish and not nice. "

"First time staying any Sonesta hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check in. Our room (suite king bed) was quite nice for the price, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, well working heat/ac, and a mini fridge + microwave. It was also quiet, though I'm not sure if that was due to not being crowded or genuinely quiet - either way, we appreciated it. All staff we met were superb - friendly and knowledgeable. We never used the pool, TV, or WiFi, so can't comment there, but...
