Staff were cordial and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We were in New York to visit a sick relative and the location was just right for us. The hotel is 20 mins to Albert Einstein Hospital and 20 mins to LaGuardia Airport.

The hotel offers an enjoyable stay with excellent food and modern, updated rooms. The staff is exceptional, providing outstanding service, particularly noted during our visit this November when they did a fantastic job of maintaining clean rooms. However, one downside to consider is the limited space in the rooms, which may be a slight drawback but is manageable.

The staff was wonderful. The walk ability to public transportation was great. Subway and bus very close to the property. Continental breakfast provided varied yummy items. The restaurant on premises had a well rounded menu. A nice bar too. Rooms were clean. I felt safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. I look forward to staying again.

The area was dirty. And it looks a bit unsafe. It's scary to walk around? But that did not overshadow the team's attention. Too much too spectacular. The girl at the reception in the morning and the boy at night plus the person in charge of the breakfast room were all very gentel thank you so much
