For me location was most important next to Penn station 6:45am train. Room was small very small claustrophobic small. If you planning be in the room some time bear in mind. Rest was good WiFi I was unable to connect but it was not important for me

Property was super super clean like the cleanest smelling hotel I’ve ever been to. Free cookies and water bottle, comfortable as& beds!! Would only recommend the beds be a little higher off the floor but it was a great stay and all workers were nice as well!

Extremely clean room with very comfortable bed. I was on the 3rd floor on the street side so I heard a reasonable amount of street noise at night. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom was very large for NYC. Great value for the money in Manhattan.

Do not be fooled by the pictures, these rooms are TINY! It was cute but definitely not worth the steep price. Next time I would stay at one of the bigger hotel chains for less.

Quiet, comfy bed.. dont love extra amenity fee surprise (should be in price up front) shower was cold both nights and had to call down to get someone to go down to boiler room snd wait 15 mins to warm up for a hot shower. Absolutely loved our stay here. Surprised how big the room was, typically most hotels in New York are small. But we had plenty of room and the bathroom was a nice size. Entire hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and polite. We felt very safe in both the hotel and the neighborhood. About a 6 minute walk to time square. Lots of food options between the hotel and time square. StayPineapple will definitely be our top pick of hotels when we visit New York from now on.

Fine for a short stay but rooms are too small for an extended period of time. Shower flooded the bathroom because the door didn't quite go all the way down to the floor. Very walkable and not as much street noise as I anticipated. The staff was polite, personable, and professional. I'd consider another stay but it wasn't astounding for the price. 8.1/10

A solid choice. StayPineapple has invested in super comfy mattresses and speciaity bedding -- so it's a pretty comfortable place to sleep! There are also a number of nice touches -- like "Ok Pineapple" a Siri-like device to provide information on the hotel -- that help make for an interesting stay. It's not my favorite area of Manhattan, but it is super convenient for catching the train to Newark Airport or if you are attending something at Madison Square Garden. I would happily stay here again.

I loved everything about this little hotel. It’s in the best condition of any NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed in with charming and welcoming decor. My bed was so comfortable; I especially liked the European-style duvet covers. Climate control and Wifi worked seamlessly (not always the case with hotels). Staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is very safe and walkable with lots of dining and drink options. Highly recommended if you are in town to access the theatre district. I would happily book the Pineapple again!

Great location and good value for what you get. Rooms were smaller than expected but wasn't an issue as i was by myself. Love the water bottle and water station in the lobby. Also, bonus. all rooms have a Keurig, but no mini fridge.

Staypineapple NY is cozy and artful. The staff is helpful. I love that they offer robes and as many refills of filtered water as I like. It is very close to NY Penn Station, theater district, Hudson Yards and Midtown.

One of my favorite hotels in my city😊 for so many sentimental reasons. Have stayed here before and had a different room. This time my partner and I downgraded to a smaller room and it IS small not big enough in my opinion for 2 people to comfortably move around - however comfort, style and in room amenities were super cute

What a great hotel! I highly recommend it. I stayed here for 2 nights during a convention I was attending at the Javits center. It was very walkable to Penn Station and the Javits Convention center as well as many restaurants. Although the room was a little small, it was very well laid out, clean, and well organized. Very cute boutique hotel—would definitely stay here again!
