「It was what you would typically expect from a Holiday Inn Express. There were some good things (like the complimentary breakfast, clean linens, attentiveness of the staff, etc.) and there were some things that could have been improved (the floor of the elevator seemed to be sticky, the shower pressure was not as strong as I would have liked (however my spouse had no complaints about that), etc.).」

You can tell housekeeping only cleans what’s visibly dirty and does not clean highly touched surfaces or seating. Makes the cleanliness questioned just yuck. Felt uncomfortable having to sleep there while I was on a short vacation. I was only offered a partial refund and a maintenance request was never put in after I called to complain to the front desk from my personal phone because again, the room phone...
