"We almost wrecked getting up to Reno. We were gonna turn around and go back home; but we made it there. Had back surgery a year and a half ago and wanted to do something for my birthday.. I was super excited to leave the Bay Area and enjoy Reno.. I spoke to the nice lady at the desk and asked for a room with a fridge and microwave . "We stayed in the 28th floor of the Sky Tower. It was fun, clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was great. The only challenge was the lack of signage leading us to the hotel check in from both the street or inside the casino. "

"Rooms seem newer than what we thought given the reviews. On feature that really brought it higher is two bathrooms. Though we don't normally need daily housekeeping, the soap in the shower was empty. I just dealt with using the hand soap since there was shampoo. A small but crucial miss by housekeeping when people checkout. Not particularly happy with $20 per day parking but it is what it is. We did not eat at any of the restaurants given the high price and not wanting to be disappointed....

"It was a wonderful stay! Tito is great, I’m so greaetufl to him for smooth check in, and also small talk and help throughout the stay! I’ve stayed in a couple of properties around SLT and this one is my most favorite so far. I definitely will rebook. I’m so glad I found my home away from home base in SLT!"
