Room assigned looked used and uncleaned. Was assigned a different room after that. There was no shower curtain or partition in the bathroom and so water was all over the floor after taking bath.

I would give zero stars, not satisfied at all. We had no power and very uncomfortable trying to sleep without some type of air circulating. Couldn't shower unless you enjoyed cold showers, I couldn't warm my food and the fridge was not no longer keeping my items frozen in the freezer. I asked for a refund for a day because I woke up to no power. It was around 1 pm that I decided to book another hotel. Instead of giving a refund for the inconvenience I was told no and basically deal with it.

Happy Mardi Gras !!! The staff were very friendly , large and clean rooms. Great value and location. Breakfast was great. Tressa the manager was very accommodating. I will be back next year.

There were tons of prostitutes walking around and outside my door on the property and behind the gates. The room had a leak on the ceiling (I have pictures), and the beds were sliding all over the place like they were on wheels. Also the bed was blocking a door that couldn't lock. The staff couldn't speak any English, only the lady to check us in. Then they charged my card for the room when I got there even though I paid Expedia.

The sheets were supposed to be white but were yellow, the cushions in the furniture was soiled and had food and dark spot spills. If I could upload pictures it would make your flesh crawl. Very nasty property. Staff was friendly.

Went for superbowl weekend. They said expedia never sent them the information which is impossible. Since we got the room for cheap for that weekend, the hotel most likely removed our reservation and raised their prices for someone else to rebook and they were sold out so we had to call expedia for them to relocate us. It took 3 hours for expedia to relocate us and the receptionist wasn't doing anything to help us.

Staff was super nice. The bed was decently comfortable. It was quiet. The shower was hot. Parking was behind the gate. Though clean, the actual facilities were meh. The doors were hard to close. The toilet ran all the time. The patchwork on the walls looked like a ten year old did it. But the cheap price was worth the 10-15 minute drive to the French Quarter. Overall, it was an easy and quiet place to crash for the night.
