"We absolutely loved Boothbay Inn. It was the perfect hotel for a quick walk to the shops and restaurants in Boothbay. It is not new, but it is clean and quaint. We will stay again if we are back in this area. Highly recommend. "

This was our first visit to Maine, and specifically Boothbay Harbor, and it definitely made a fantastic first impression on us about how great Mainers are. Will definitely plan more trips to Maine. "First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. The complementary breakfast was delicious and a good variety, which my other half always made sure i was up for as he lives for breakfast. "

"It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

"Convenient off Rt. 1. Stayed here before heading to ferry terminal in Rockland for early start to Vinalhaven. Walkable distance over the river back to Wiscasett for dinner. Walls and floors seem "thin" or not heavily insulated - lots of noise from upstairs and next door at various points in the evening."
