"Very efficient check in by extremely pleasant lady. The apartment was clean and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Any small issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the pool was not quite ready for use "

"When we arrived they did not have our booking and did not have the room we booked available. We stayed overnight in a room which would been better described as a cell ! No window . When we went for breakfast nothing offered! We did not stay any longer."

"St regis goa is by far the best property in India. It’s away from the hustle bustle is goa, it’s perfect for family vacation. The property is so huge that you’ll need more than 2 days to just enjoy the property amenities. The pool is wonderful and clean. The property has a private beach and a beautiful sunset view. "Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. We ordered room service & they made us off menu items on request, thank you the the chef & room service team. Overall highly recommend TAJ, they always go above & beyond...

"St regis goa is by far the best property in India. It’s away from the hustle bustle is goa, it’s perfect for family vacation. "The property was beautiful, safe and perfectly located. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. The rooms are simple but very nice and the property is gorgeous. Can't brag enough about the food. The free breakfast buffet was out of this world with delicious options and the restaurant was always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions as gluten free vegans. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"The customer service at this hotel is excellent. Good induction to the hotel, and welcome. Wide range of choices for breakfast for all cultures. Comfortable bed. Modern facilities. Lovely clean pool. Little added extras for example welcome drink, fruit, a cake on departure. Very clean room. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. We would go back to this hotel, wished we stayed longer. Palolem is beautiful. "

"Our stay in the Fairfield was exceptional. From the beautiful foyer to the adequately sized and comfortable room, the hotel was very well appointed and provided all requirements. However the outstanding feature was the superb service offered by the staff. There was a high staff/guest ratio. All were smiling, friendly and extremely attentive, most even anticipating our wishes and choices after one asking! Thoroughly recommended. "
