"I stayed here for acess to the racecourse that is only a few hunderd walk from. The staff checking in were fantastic and had a very friendly personality. The lobby and bar area were all I saw during my stay and was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. They were also nice and warm that I really found comfortable. The room was great, comfortable bed, spacious and had everything I needed. I would have no problems at all staying here again."

"We loved our stay at Rowton hall, our room was a master suite with a separate lounge which was great to relax before bed. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from, we had 1 dinner which was very good again plenty of choice. The locations is secluded but only 10 mins from chester centre very handy for shopping or site seeing. We would stay again."

"We had a lovely stay here! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had 2 spa treatments, massage and Indian head massage, which was amazing, very relaxing. The hotel was decorated for Christmas which made the stay extra special. We did notice some areas of the hotel that could do with touching up and very squeaky floor boards while walking around the hotel. The spa facilities had everything especially loved the sauna. "A really lovely room, it appears to be new. The shower room was amazing, great shower and the tiles looked really nice. The floor of the bedroom wasn’t clean on arrival but when I asked about it they dealt with it quickly. All staff were very friendly and the service was great in the restaurant. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and great value. We were given £20 vouchers due to our tv not working during our stay which was a kind gesture. The parking is included and so convenient....
