The hotel is gated, and I’m not sure if it’s because of the area or a particular concern regarding the building. There are really no amenities, but that was to be expected. "The hotel sign was broken, so it was hard to locate. The service desk lady was very nice. The room had dirty floors. The tub had mildew the bed was clean but the sheet had stains. The smoke alarm beeped all night, but had a green light on it. The securiy lock was broken the curtain looked like the backing had melted on to the window. There was no coffee maker."

"This is a small family-owned hotel. No frills but comfortable at a great price for a five night stay. The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean, and the bed was wonderful. I rested well. It’s located right off hwy 40/55 in West Memphis, Ak. It’s close to Southland Casino, and Memphis, Tn is right across the river. Many restaurants are in the area, too. all and all, is was a good stay."

"Property manager is meticulous in meeting your needs. Free snacks, water, coffee, and tea. Little extras in the lovely vanity. Great location. We walked to all the attractions we wanted to see. Wouldn’t walk after dark but that is Memphis in general, except with caution on and close to Beale Street. Very roomy and comfy. We didn’t cook but it would have been very easy."
