"Good, decent place to spend the night! The facilities were quite good. I felt like they could have put a binder out that spelled out things like how to use the coffee maker, how to log into the wifi, and what viewing options were available. Had to kind of figure out these things on my own whereas at other hotels, the "Amenities" binder is handier to reference. Other than those things, I would recommend this hotel as a good, decent place to spend the night."

"A three day stay at Sugar Land was fine apart from the strong cleaning chemicals that made my eyes water. We left the "do not disturb' on the door so that the room wasn't serviced, however we still had to brave the chemical smell when the cleaning staff were on our floor. Also, the amount of disposable plastic and paper created at breakfast makes this hotel not very eco friendly. Location and access are very good."
