"Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door! For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company...

I called with concerns and/or questions and was told each time that someone would get back with me with answers or solutions. But, I had to call or message them to find out anything. There were dried boogers on the sheets of one of the beds, chewing gum stuck to the floor in more than 1 place, the sofa bed was a cheaply made L-shaped sofa with a trundle...

We walked to the museums, monuments and restaurants and felt comfortable sterolling around at night. We would stay here again."
