"Beautiful property. Only concern was room was not ready when we arrived- we were 20 min before check in and told to enjoy pool area and room would be ready at 4. By 4:30 they had not called us as they said they would so I went front desk- room was still not ready - so they have us one that was ready but it was a downgrade and no refund was offered because we booked through Expedia. Would stay again though. "

"Our neighbors was super loud playing music at night time I did one call at the lobby and report that after 5min we can hear ocean !!! Customer service good "

"Very friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. Just would suggest to maybe add something to help prevent dampness in rooms, which is common as it is on the beach. Other than that, excellent place."
