"Bed, lobby, and breakfast area were all fine. Room (#103) needs maintenance, but scrape the rust off door jams and paint, remove moldy caulking from tub and recaulk, cut out the one worn carpet spot in from of sink and replace with corner patch, and run the vacuum in non- high-traffic areas every once in a while. My guess is they don't have a maintenance person on staff, but only hire on an "as-needed' basis. The cost was outstanding! I don't look for perfection, only excellence. Outside...

"The motel looks like it is run-down, but the rooms are very clean, well appointed, and well stocked. The owners are very helpful. We had a couple of requests for extra supplies which were taken care of immediately. We wanted to change rooms and they gave us a different room with no questions and no hassle. Best thing about this was how clean it was and how responsive the owner/staff was. 2nd best thing was the mexican restaurant just 100 yards north of the hotel. Ask for the green salsa!"
