"Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap."

"Visited for a trip around Lake Suwa and oh boy, this hotel is something special, I had the private onsen in the room and it was one of the most relaxing part of my trip in Japan. They also offered public a onsen for hotel guests and you can also book that to have that one private. Over all can't recommend this hotel enough, staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent if you want a taste of a traditional Japanese meal. "Absolutely amazing experience. The room had a Onsen bath on the balcony overlooking the lake. The service included dinner and breakfast in a private room with amazing local food and a lovely waitress who spoke decent English and explained every dish to us.
