"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "

"We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "

"SAD to SAY that I was NOT able to STAY at this reservation. I had to contact a person to get key. Erzsébet wanted payment on arrival for the one night. I did not have the funds in Euro or Ft.
