"Onyado always has great standards, confortable and clean with large onsen bath including outside area. Nara location cannot be beat for convenience of travel as the central bus station and the train station is less than two mins walk away. Breakfast at this hotel chain is excellent and should definately be part of your trip at least once. Free ramen nightly. "Sugoi!! Having travelled to Japan six times now, and stayed in practically every type of accommodation from family ryokans, hostels, business hotels and big “western” style hotels…this by far has been the best. Why? The amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room design has a nice traditional twist for a modern hotel. Would recommend a lake view room too (great for people watching and having a little deck in a hotel in Japan is unheard of). Highly recommend. "

"The location is fantastic and the room was really spacious (we booked a family room). We came by car and there was a big parking nearby. Breakfast was limited but it was good. The only bad point was that the carpet in the room was dirty, there was some stain and big lump of hair."

"我是住雙人套房，房間面積寬敞，好放四個大行李箱，酒店周邊寧靜，交通方便。酒店有自助早餐，選擇不是很多，但已經足夠。酒店無時無刻都會提供咖啡、果汁，可以自助任飲。酒店房間會提供拖鞋同牙刷，其他物品可以在酒店大堂自取，如橡筋圈、浴帽，鬚刨等等機場去酒店亦很方便，關西國際機場搭乘南海電鐵至「天下茶屋站」,轉乘大阪METRO堺筋線至「北濱站」1B出口有電梯，方便攜帶行李上落，出口左轉過馬路對面就是酒店，樓下有一間Lawson 超方便。酒店出口左邊亦是一個地鐵站出口3號，這個3號出口就要行樓梯。 "

"住得很舒服，每天經過整日旅遊勞碌，回到酒店感覺非常舒適放鬆，酒店裏也有很多店舖可以逛，如果酒店裏有通宵便利店就好了，早餐也很美味，選擇很多，地方闊大，服務殷勤！現在也增設了有機場巴士往來, 非常方便! 下次再來大阪也會選擇這一間酒店。"

"The location was good very convenient Staff were very nice. One of our friend needed assistant from police in another area of Japan and the hotel staff was very helpful esp the female staff 小田. They helped calling and communicate with the police station. Will recommend this hotel to people who stay in osaka"

"我們住的房間在7樓，房間對方剛好是吸菸室，有時在房間和廁所裡面會有聞到一點煙味，但還好沒有持續的很久。隔音的部分，可能是隔壁房間動作比較大，有碰撞到牆壁，所以聲音會比較大一點，但還好大家很守規矩，沒有製造大音量影響到別人。飯店房間裡有附少量臉部清潔備用品，但是隨身小乳液這類的都是沒有提供的，如果自己本身身體很乾的人，需要自己另外準備。整體住宿非常滿意，飯店人員也很親切，希望下次還有機會可以再來光顧。 We stayed in a room on the 7th floor, directly across from the smoking area. Occasionally, we could smell some smoke in the room and bathroom, but it didn't last long. Regarding soundproofing, it seems that the room next door might have had some loud activities, causing some banging noises against the wall. However, everyone was very considerate and didn't make loud noises that would disturb others. The hotel room provided some facial cleaning supplies, but they didn't offer any small lotions or similar items. If you have dry skin, you'll need to bring your own. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, and we hope to come back again next time."
