We were in room with a screaming baby next door. The walls are so thin. The housekeeping ladies were having a really loud discussion outside of our room waking us up. The service was terrible at the restaurant and the food was not good at all and wayyyy over priced.

Very bad service overall. Very noise for maintenance and services Beaches being shuttled down around 5pm Room service continuously knocking at door. Restaurants and bars offer very poor

We event to celebrate my husband’s birthday, we were craving a quiet and peaceful time, and we got it. The valet even charged our Tesla! Bedding quality is great and the furniture and interior design is mid century modern and tasteful. The place is quiet and private during weekdays. On weekends it gets a bit more hectic and the guests are more cheerful than we wished for. We recommend it!

Love this hotel, it has everything, from dinning to arcade for the kids. Pools. No need to leave the facility
