The hotel has a beautiful entryway and lounge area, just like in the photos. However, one of the hotel receptionist was not very helpful, although I could see her helping others with a different care than the one offered to me. She is white and I'm Latina, but not sure that had anything to do with it. I was treated well by all other staff - they were corteous and welcoming. We booked the balcony with the king bed. Housekeeping came at the third day and not at the best time. I would have appreciated that they checked in on the second day while I was out. Not cleaning staff's fault. The walls are so thin that you can hear the next room's footsteps or stomps, and the constant opening of doors (the key card makes a beeping and clack sound everytime someone tries to open a door). Also, the balcomy room is in front of the elevators so everytime a person pushes the elevator button, you can hear the beeping while you are trying to sleep. The balcony glass doors don't keep the noise out. So, it was hard to sleep. The view from the balcony is of the main street and you can see mountaintops. The bathroom doors are sliding doors that don't keep noise in, but is luxe modern. I didn't see this on the website - they charge $18 per night for parking. The page states that coffee is included. However, there is a fee for the coffee pods after the 1st day as I gathered from my Visa charges. The property is well maintained and I was able to take lovely pictures. The bedding was very comfortable.
