「I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. 「From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready!
