"The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"

"Lovely hotel, great location just a minute's walk from the night market and many eateries. Fabulous rooms with the best shower on the trip to date and lovely warm pool. Note that the 'River view' rooms are overlooking the quiet part of the river (not the busy but where the lanterns are). Only one small issue is a steep slope to get from the lobby to lift...it wouldn't be good for any disabilities or elderly who aren't sure footed. "
