"Everything was great. My only (minor) criticism is that the room was a little noisy during the day. Workmen were drilling on an upstairs floor. And a heated pool would be good for winter months? "Susan and her front of house team were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the river and it is very beautifully designed in art's deco style. The breakfast buffet was ok, however the western food dishes were not great prepared and didn't taste good. The Spa is fantastic and I enjoyed some treatments. However the massage beds are uncomfortable and for someone like me with a bad back problem, I struggled to lie down for an hour."

"The property was in a great location on the river, and has easy walking access to all the best spots in Hoi An. The rooms were a bit dark but the hotel staff were happy to assist by providing extra lamps for the room. Breakfast was ok, not fabulous, and the service at the Japanese restaurant in house was terrible. The hotel staff were generally very helpful. The rooftop bar is cool too!"

"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."
