"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."

"this hotel is on the river bank.It is within walking distant to night market and old town.Room is clean. Bathroom does not have a separate shower.The shower is inside the bathtub.Hot water system does not work correctly. It is very difficult to mix,it is either too hot or too cold. Breakfast is below average, many dishes were cold."

"I really liked this property. I know there are lots of bad reviews on here but I don’t think it’s as bad as people are saying. Yes it has a lot of empty spaces but I already expected it by reading everyone’s reviews. The room we had was a sea view and it was nice and clean. The washrooms were nice and not smelly at all. I LOVED their Korean Sauna spa and they have a huge gym. Our room was very clean and most of the staff was really nice. We ate at the Korean restaurant 2 nights and both times were really good. The owner/staff was very friendly as well. The front desk team made it special for my mom’s bday and surprised her with cake. (Shout out to tram and nga and everyone else there) The spa staff was always very helpful and kind. (I don’t know their names but they were honestly the sweetest) The housekeeping staff was always cheerful and sweet. The only thing I could think of is they need to train up their breakfast staff as they are often standing around talking, not friendly and not doing their jobs. Also yes they don’t allow food but that’s only heavy smelling food. If you bring most foods it’s fine just not the super smelly stuff. We ended up extending our stay for 1 extra night. I would still recommend this place and also would come back. "

"Superb throughout, highly recommend the villas. Only slight recommendation would be to have some sort of basic entertainment in the lobby in the evenings. Staff are first class. Cleanliness outstanding. Buffet restaurant one of the best. I will book another Vinpearl resort in the future."

"Look no further, this may be the best hotel/resort in Hoi An or one that you’ve ever stayed in! Paradise in the middle of a rice field with local farmers working tirelessly with their buffaloes. As if that’s not enough a reason, here’s more: - 2 amazing pools - Gym - Restaurants/bar for meals if you don’t feel like leaving the resort - Convenience store within the resort compound - Complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of delicious spread each morning - Complimentary water bottles daily - Complimentary shuttle to Hoi An Old Town and back. Thanks to its dedicated drivers - Complimentary relaxing yoga class twice a week by the lovely Anh - Complimentary bicycle rentals to explore the neighborhood or the beautiful city - Our suite and the entire resort is amazing. Words don’t do it justice. Pix attached for your reference. - Last but not least to the amazing staff at the resort. The reception team is exceptional; always going over and beyond to ensure maximum satisfaction for all its guests.
