Victor was great to help with luggage, Chloe and the girls at the front desk always willing to help with organizing a tour or a car to the airport. "This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. We were also super happy with the store across the alley from our room. We bought drinks, snacks, deodorant and rented a scooter from them for the equivalent of $5 a day. "We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."
