"Vi the Check-In staff member took the time to help plan our trip for us. Our bus arrived at 8am and she held our bags, mapped out our day, gave us money saving tips, then rented us a scooter to help us travel more efficiently. "This was a very nice room, however, the windows looked out on a brick wall. I wasn’t expecting that.. The breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful. It’s an extremely busy noisy tourist center of Hue but because we had the brick wall outside our window, we didn’t hear any of it at night! I would recommend this hotel, but another room in it. I looked in some others that were being cleaned the next morning and they were large and wonderful."
