"We unexpectedly needed to stay in town an extra night. I was able to get a last minute reservation at a very good rate. The room and the facility in general was very small but clean and cozy. There was no closet which was odd but there was a large tv, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was large and well stocked. There was also a small desk area and window seat. Plenty of USB outlets and plenty of light. Excellent value."

"We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week."
