"Excellent, visited this hotel as in February 9th 1945 my grandfather was outside here with the the 61st Highland Anti Tank Regiment. Great history in the area and the hotel. We did have a little difficulty during dinner with language barrier mixing our main courses and part of our order was not given however we received excellent help for an English speaking waiter and the situtwas rectified."

"The hotel was nice, and the staff were helpful. The area around the property was more residential. For those with a hire car, hire bike or those who enjoy long walks, the Dutch border isn't too far away. Very walkable and cyclist/pedestrian friendly. "

"Hotel room was sparse and utilitarian. It is not a room for comfort. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower room large and good power. Mood lighting controlled by a remote control. Tea coffee facilities in room. No bathrobe provided although this is a spa facility. Towels in room can be used for spa but they are not bath sized. Breakfast was continental style and ok but not a large selection. Evening restaurant food was lovely and cooked beautifully. Spa was excellent and the reason...
