Very Unprofessionally Run Facility
Travelled with family that includes two small kids. We reserved a non-smoking delux room but were given a room with a very strong smoke smell. After asking them to change the room as 1 person in the family has respiratory issues with smoke, we were moved to a very small room where even the bedsheets were torn. Every time the version changed about availability of non-smoking room ie from property doesn’t has it to will arrange something in morning.
Next day, in evening we were provided another room which was bigger but had roaches, unclean bathroom and diverter for tap to shower not working, that made the shower not usable.
Since we had an early morning flight to catch we pointed out these issues to the house keeping staff but stayed in the room.
Not worth the money and some managers at the front desk are very unprofessional. It had rooms where people had put beds on the floor, all the way up the door giving indication that hotel didn’t care how many people stay in a room.
There is a soccer field with flood lights on the roof top of a nearby building; if you happen to get a room closer to this building it is have loud noise until 2AM in night.
