"Condo was clean and it was great to have drinkable water on tap. It’s a very bright unit with windows all around so you’ll be up early with the daylight. The shower was nice and the property felt very safe. "

"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. They didn’t even give me an official room number. The views were okay. Pretty much what you see is that you get. One...

"Lovely hotel, modern rooms, and good location. For the price, it’s a decent and comfort hotel and nicer than other places we have stayed in Panajachel in same price range. Lovely artwork inside. Amazing views of volcanos (see pic below from bed and from the balcony on 5th floor). Great bed and pillows. Lots of water. Friendly staff. "

"This place was so beautiful with a great view of the lake. Lots of steps but it gets your cardio in haha. The food was so delicious, especially the breakfast. The staff are all so kind and helpful. You are close enough to panajachel and can take a tuktuk, but it’s far enough where you feel the peacefulness of the lake. We didn’t have warm water for the shower in our room but it helps cool you off when the day is hot, small inconvenience compared to how nice everything else was. Would stay here again!"
