"I stayed in the two bedroom suite for my daughter’s party and we had a good time. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. There was just a couple things that I didn’t like about the hotel and that was the fact that they wanted you to pay for parking which is $18 a night. "We loved how unique the hotel building is - a former gas/oil company office building - not new construction so it was solid with extremely noise-proof rooms. Lots of space in the lobby and breakfast area to accomodate everyone. Staff was incredibly friendly and service-oriented. "I recently stayed at the hotel and I was concerned the reviews were less than gracious. But I have to say that the staff was extremely pleasant. They went out of their way to see that we were safe and we weren’t bothered the rooms were clean. I was there for a surgery in the hospital next to it and I couldn’t have asked for any better situation. All I had to do was walk next-door. "We had a great stay at The West End. I called the property ahead of time since our check in was after hours. Heather took care of everything over the phone and gave me access codes so we could arrive and enter smoothly at 3am. The amenities were nice; equipped kitchens and nice lounging areas.
